Downloading Audio

The audio files on digitaldoghouse are supplied in a standard format. Every downloadable file is supplied (as a minimum) in MP3 format, which can be downloaded to your computer.

Audio streams are not designed to be downloaded to your computer, but are to be listened to whilst you are on that particular web page. They are 'streamed' as and when you wish to listen to them and cannot be saved or transferred and are only compatible with the audio player on this website.

Audio files can be fairly large files, and as such, a high-speed internet connection is recommended in order to get the maximum quality.

Podcasts

To take advantage of the Podcast on digitaldoghouse, you will require a media player compatible with MP3 files installed on your computer. If your media player does not support Podcast subscriptions, you will have to download the file manually and listen to it. However if you are using software such as iTunes, you can subscribe to the Podcast by following the instructions on the Podcast page. Every time you open iTunes (or other Podcast software), it will automatically check to see if there is a new version of the Podcast, and if there is, it will download it for you.

You can unsubscribe to the Podcast at any time through your software.
